Job DescriptionJob Summary The GMA Pallet Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding pallets with exceptional consistency and attention to detail, ensuring all pallets meet the company’s quality standards. This role performs a variety of assembly-line repair tasks, from identifying and correcting damage, replacing or reinforcing boards, to ensuring all completed pallets are clean, safe, and ready for use. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production goals and maintaining smooth operations within the facility. Pay Rate • This position starts with a base pay of $19.00 per hour., • You can also earn additional incentive pay each week based on the number of pallets repaired per hour.
