What You’ll Do As Store Manager, you're in the driver’s seat—leading your team, running daily operations, and creating a guest experience that reflects our brand at its best. You’ll coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable while delivering results and growing the business. Key responsibilities: • Oversee daily store operations and maintain brand standards, • Lead, coach, and develop your team, • Drive performance by meeting KPIs, managing costs, and hitting metrics, • Ensure smooth execution of all guest services, from drive-in to drive-out, • Utilize the POS system to process transactions, make service recommendations, and support decision-making, • Enforce company policies and maintain a safe, clean, efficient shop, • Handle scheduling, team evaluations, and performance coaching, • Bi-Weekly pay, • Leadership development + ongoing support, • Uniforms and tools provided, • Paid time off + holidays, • Recognition programs – Incentives and Bonus opportunities, • Full benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and more, • Valid driver’s license, • 1–3 years of leadership experience, • Strong communication and team-building skills, • Drive to lead by example and inspire excellence, • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate shop equipment, • English fluency (read, write, speak) Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
