Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes: • Creating and crushing amazing training courses focused on software applications for our clinical heroes!, • Taking our fantastic team on a journey through patient registration, billing, and clinical documentation., • Providing top-notch support for customized and off-the-shelf systems used in ambulatory settings., • Impacting community healthcare with your training superpowers!Key Responsibilities, • Conduct engaging training sessions in both onsite and virtual classrooms., • Design and implement innovative learning curriculum to meet dynamic business needs., • Develop, implement, and evaluate killer training and education programs for our internal clients., • Assist in developing detailed curriculum content and coordinating end-user training., • Provide specialized training for specific application areas to all end-users., • Coordinate with Trainers and Super Users, and conduct technology competency assessments., • Enable scenario-based training and consulting between vendor and client leaders., • Complete project tasks on schedule like a true superstar., • Gather end-user feedback and create improvement strategies like a boss!, • Collaborate with vendor training personnel and escalate complex issues for resolution., • Join forces with Enterprise and local systems teams, advocating teamwork values!, • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and fuel continuous improvement., • Participate actively in planning and reviewing new solutions., • Rock teamwork and collaboration with other teams and departments., • Become an active participant in IT groups beyond Legacy Community Health.Minimum Qualifications, • A high school diploma and at least 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Operations/IT or clinical roles., • Be an Epic systems end-user rockstar with experience in clinical applications analysis and training., • Be ready to travel up to 50% to remote sites for hands-on training adventures., • Show off your skills in breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks., • Demonstrate a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations., • Prove your prowess in problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
