Job Description We are expanding our sales team and looking for a persistent, smart, forward-thinking, and results-oriented doers to join us in the beautiful city of Pasadena. We are looking for individuals who understand the value in building a rewarding career that could lead to financial independence while helping high net worth clients multiply their wealth. We usually have anywhere between $150million to $220million worth of commercial real estate listings/inventories that you can leverage when you make your calls - your name will be included in the Team Section of Every Listing which will be a huge boost to get you started right away. Note that this is a very competitive industry, but could be a very rewarding career/life choice for the right individual (ideal candidate would need strong work ethics and with an "I want to be a property investor through commercial real estate - I have to be successful in this industry" attitude). This position is NOT for everyone – regardless of your degree (higher learning degree does not help too much in this industry). We are a boutique commercial real estate team in greater the Los Angeles area and considered as one of the top commercial real estate firms in Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley. Our team has a combined experience of more than 30years in the real estate industry and has won multiple top brokers awards in some of the largest commercial real estate firm in the US. Our founder built this company from ground up and has successfully won businesses from some of the most well-known client in the industry and beating other national commercial real estate companies in the process (some of our notable clients are: Carmel Partners, California Institute of Technology, East West Bank, and others). As a team, we have sold over $2billion worth of commercial real estate. Our team culture is nimble, ready to adapt, and successful. We see ourselves as the "David" in the commercial real estate brokerage industry (we regularly competed with the Goliath in the industry - and won many assignments). Please note that this is a commission based position. The compensation stated above differs from one junior agent with another. Our best junior agents hit six digits income within their first year.
