Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is hiring Registered Intern Therapists for our Tampa office. About the Role This position is designed for motivated, early-career clinicians working toward licensure in Florida. Interns at Seasons receive consistent referrals, no-cost Qualified Supervision, and the administrative support needed to maintain the steady clinical hours required by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. Many new clinicians begin in community or agency settings where caseloads are heavy, support is limited, and burnout is common. Seasons offers a different beginning: a clinical home where your growth is intentional, your supervision is integrated into your workweek, and your caseload develops responsibly with guidance from experienced leaders. You receive the stability of W-2 employment, the mentorship of seasoned clinicians, and the infrastructure of an established private practiceall without the churn or isolation that often defines early clinical work. Interns work primarily from our Tampa office, with the option to incorporate telehealth sessions based on client needs. Interns receive a fixed portion of the fees collected for the sessions they personally provide, with biweekly payroll based on collected revenue. All administrative functionsincluding billing, scheduling, credentialing, and collectionsare handled by Seasons. Required Qualifications • Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy, • Currently registered with the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling as an RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI, or eligible to obtain registration within the next 60 days, • Availability for at least two late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (typically 38 PM), • Ability to maintain a consistent caseload of 15+ client sessions per week, • Willingness to build toward a full-time caseload (24+ sessions/week) to qualify for employer-paid health benefits, • Commitment to steady clinical growth and regular participation in supervision Preferred Qualifications • Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health, • Confidence managing a therapy caseload, • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued), • Reliability, strong communication skills, and professionalism Ready to Begin Your Career in a Supportive Practice?
