Job Description We are seeking an experienced and confident Acro Teacher who specializes in safely spotting and teaching advanced acrobatic skills, including front aerials, side aerials, and back tucks. This instructor will support dancers’ technical growth while maintaining a positive, encouraging, and safety-first classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: * Safely spot and progress students through front aerials, aerials, and back tucks * Teach proper technique, strength, flexibility, and body alignment for acrobatic skills * Follow age-appropriate and level-appropriate progressions * Ensure all spotting and skill instruction meets studio safety standards * Create structured lesson plans that align with class goals and studio curriculum * Maintain control, focus, and engagement in class * Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and staff * Support performance, competition, or recital choreography when needed Required Qualifications: • Proven experience teaching acro dance or tumbling Strong spotting skills for front aerials, aerials, and back tucks * Knowledge of proper skill progressions and injury prevention * Ability to confidently spot dancers of varying ages and sizes * Reliable, punctual, and professional * Passion for working with children in a positive learning environment Company DescriptionSafety comes first.
