Job Description • Lead daily hardscape crew operations on active job sites, • Oversee installation of patios, pavers, walkways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and related features, • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards, • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and daily job flow, • Read plans, layouts, and project specifications and help execute work accordingly, • Train, guide, and support crew members in the field, • Communicate job progress, site needs, and issues to management, • Maintain organized, professional, and productive job sites, • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and meet client expectations, • 3+ years of hardscape, masonry, landscape construction, or closely related outdoor construction experience, • Prior experience leading a crew, crew leader experience, or foreman-level field responsibility, • Experience with pavers, retaining walls, grading, site prep, and outdoor living installations, • Ability to read plans, follow layouts, and manage field execution, • Valid driver's license, • Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and perform physical job duties, • English communication skills preferred You will have the chance to lead real projects, make an impact in the field, and work alongside a team that values skill, dependability, and pride in the finished product.
