Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION HEAD TELLER SUMMARY: Coordinate and supervise all aspects of teller operations, including completion of daily morning work. Ensure the daily activities of the tellers are performed in a timely, accurate and courteous manner. Well versed in branch operational procedures. Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate others are necessary. Actively participates in promoting and participating in a sales and service culture consistent with the credit union’s goals by providing solutions to members’ financial needs by understanding each individual member’s situation and suggesting credit union products and services utilizing Island Federal Credit Union’s preferred way of selling. Provide working leadership and guidance to tellers through assignment of work and by providing technical guidance.
