Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery., • Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork., • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and business profitability., • Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests., • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service throughout the establishment., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as company policies., • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff., • Provide strong presence in local community and high level of community involvement by restaurant and personnel.Requirements, • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
