Overview: Primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day AW warehousing and installation activities in the field for multiple warehouse locations. Key Job Responsibilities: • Ensure proper inventory levels, • Approve purchasing for lease and sales equipment, • Manage all miscellaneous and fleet expenses in region, • Develop, maintain, and enforce uniformity in warehouse policies and procedures, • Plan, budget, and forecast fleet, facilities, personnel, and inventories, • Proactively monitor order management and routing systems to optimize routes, • Provide feedback to senior management Key Management Responsibilities: • Recruit, hire, and manage assigned team, • Delegate duties and assign/schedule work to meet deadlines, • Support employee development and provide training as needed, • Establish team and individual employee goals, • Manage employee performance, • Implement, communicate, and maintain company practices, policies, and procedures with team Required Education & Experience: • 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, • Associate Degree or higher preferred, • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong leadership skills, • Ability to build and manage teams, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Must be able to work independently, • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, • Experience supervising multiple remote sites with multiple levels of personnel, • Must be able to travel in the field, • Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 35-200 pounds, • Push and pull hand carts loaded with washers/dryers and/or stackables, • Work with tools or service parts weighing from 20-50 lbs., • Travel – up to 25% per month This job description accurately reflects the duties of the position as it is currently being performed.
