Key Account Manager — Activation Sales Sharingbox USA | Hybrid (NYC-based) About Sharingbox Sharingbox is a global leader in experiential photography, delivering revenue-generating photo experiences for leading attractions, entertainment venues, and brands across 20+ countries. Backed by DNP Group, we design and operate both event-based activations and permanent (fixed) photo solutions that enhance guest experience, elevate brand engagement, and drive incremental revenue. Role Overview This is a hybrid or remote sales role spanning both event-based activations and potential venues and attractions (fixed solutions). You will own revenue growth by hunting net-new opportunities and expanding existing key accounts across two sales motions: short-cycle, high-volume event opportunities with brands, agencies, and corporate event teams, and longer-cycle partnerships for permanent photo solutions with attractions such as museums, observation decks, and immersive experiences. You will run discovery, shape solutions, build proposals, negotiate terms, and close, while leading internal alignment to ensure what’s sold can be delivered flawlessly on-site. This role is highly relationship driven and fun! It requires regular meetings, both remotely and in person at client offices, with agency partners, during site visits and walk-throughs, and on-site for key moments. Key Responsibilities • Own net-new business: build a targeted outbound strategy across brands, agencies, corporate event buyers, and venues and attractions; generate and qualify pipeline consistently., • Lead consultative discovery: uncover objectives, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, creative requirements, and success metrics; translate needs into a compelling activation or fixed-solution approach., • Sell event activations: present concepts with confidence, storytelling, and commercial clarity; close short-cycle opportunities and convert one-off events into repeat programs., • Sell fixed solutions to venues and attractions: prospect and close longer-cycle partnerships for permanent photo experiences, including site assessments, ROI framing, and solution scoping., • Run the full sales cycle end to end: outreach to pitch to proposal to negotiation to contract execution; manage timelines and next steps with urgency across both sales motions., • Structure profitable deals: build scopes, pricing, and packages; protect margin and uphold pricing discipline; negotiate with procurement and agency partners as needed., • Manage senior stakeholders: build multi-threaded relationships across marketing, experiential, operations, and agency teams; handle objections and drive alignment to close., • Expand and retain accounts: create account plans for priority clients; identify upsells, add-ons, new events, and new locations., • Collaborate internally with a friendly demeanor: partner closely with design and operations to translate client needs into feasible, on-brand experiences; communicate early, clearly, and respectfully to keep teams aligned., • Coordinate internally for delivery excellence: partner with operations and production to ensure feasibility, timelines, and expectations are clear before commitments are made., • Be present in the market: maintain a strong cadence of in-person meetings across NYC and the surrounding area; join key walk-throughs and important events when it matters., • Forecast with rigor: maintain CRM hygiene, stage discipline, and accurate forecasting; report on pipeline health, risks, and upside. What You Bring • 2+ years in a customer-facing role (sales, account management, partnerships, or similar), ideally in events/experiential, attractions, or hospitality., • A proven track record, or strong demonstrated capability, of closing business and hitting targets., • Comfort leading discovery calls, pitches, and negotiations with senior stakeholders; you can run meetings without needing a script., • Ability to manage both short sales cycles (events) and longer-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals (fixed solutions), including procurement and operational stakeholders., • Strong commercial instincts: you understand margin, scope control, and how to package value., • Excellent communication and presence; you can “read the room,” influence outcomes, and move deals forward., • Highly organized and process-driven: you keep pipeline clean, follow up relentlessly, and manage multiple active opportunities., • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, • You genuinely love events, the pace, the people, and the details, and you know how to sell an experience that shows up in the real world., • This role is based in BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN 11237. You MUST be able to commute reliably to the office., • Authorized to work in the U.S.; no Visa sponsorship is provided., • Fluent in English.
