We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Entry-Level Help Desk Support Technician to join our team as the first line of defense for our clients' tech issues. What You'll Do • Serve as the first point of contact for client support tickets via phone, email, chat, and remote tools, • Troubleshoot and resolve common issues like password resets, software installs, connectivity problems, basic hardware/peripheral support, Microsoft 365/Outlook/Teams glitches, • Achieve high first-contact resolution rates and excellent customer satisfaction, • Document everything clearly in our ticketing system, • Escalate complex issues to senior team members with solid handoff notes, • Participate in proactive monitoring, patching, and basic Azure/M365 admin tasks as you grow, • Learn and apply best practices in IT support, security awareness, and client communication What We're Looking For We're not just filling a seat—we want someone who stands out as an A-player with high potential. Ideal candidates show: • Strong learning agility — you pick up new tools/technologies fast and love solving puzzles, • Excellent customer service mindset — patient, empathetic, and great at explaining tech to non-tech users, • Solid troubleshooting logic — methodical approach to problems (even if from home labs, personal projects, or internships), • Reliability and work ethic — you show up prepared, follow through, and take ownership, • Basic tech foundation — familiarity with Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office/365, networking basics, hardware troubleshooting, • CompTIA A+ or equivalent knowledge is a big plus, but not required—we'll help you get certified, • Positive attitude — you stay calm under pressure and enjoy helping people Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or IT coursework preferred), • 0–2 years relevant experience (internships, retail tech support, home labs, helping friends/family with tech all count), • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), • Reliable transportation and willingness to work standard business hours No deep experience?
