How you'll make an impact • The Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts., • The Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement., • Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts., • In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner., • Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage., • Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner., • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met., • Own all audit, review and claims processes for assigned book of business., • Analyze data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to the needs of the client and circumstances of the presentation., • Skilled at forecasting industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies., • Review changes in carrier offerings and policies and relay information to the larger service team and directly to clients, in addition to cross selling other lines of business., • Facilitate and collaborate with account team on the agency’s renewal strategy., • Create complex risk-management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts., • Partner with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency. #LI-JW1 About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. This role involves overseeing daily operations of OMH-licensed outpatient behavioral health clinics, providing administrative and clinical supervision, and ensuring high-quality client care. Must hold a clinical license in NY State (LCSW/LMHC). * At least three (3) years of post-master's degree experience providing direct treatment in a behavioral health setting. * At least one (1) year supervisory experience preferred. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills required. * Demonstrated ability to engage, lead and maintain effective relationships with a clinical team * Demonstrated agility, initiative, ability to work independently and efficiently (effective organizational and time management skills) and produce results * In-depth familiarity with WNY community and continuum of human services (health, behavioral health and social services) systems, organizations and resources * Fluent in various computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel), electronic database systems and electronic health records * Experience with 10e11 EMR system a plus * Requires travel - must possess valid NYS driver license and agency-required level of auto insurance coverage and be able to travel as needed within the eight county WNY region. * Must be prepared to work a flexible schedule in order provide person-centered care and participate in agency-related activities/events that may take place outside of typical business hours. Job Description Position Summary: The Residential RN is responsible for monitoring the physical and mental health of our residents and implementing medical procedures.
