Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Junior Sales Associate to join our AT&T Department. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers looking to explore and purchase AT&T’s wide range of products and services. You’ll play a key role in helping customers choose the best solutions to meet their needs while exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored AT&T solutions (including mobile plans, devices, accessories, etc.), • Drive sales by promoting and upselling AT&T products and services., • Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on AT&T products, services, promotions, and deals., • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of AT&T’s offerings and any ongoing promotions., • Assist customers with technical issues or concerns and direct them to appropriate support when necessary., • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals., • Provide excellent customer service through in-person, follow up over-the-phone, and digital communication channels if needed., • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues in a timely manner., • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus., • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry., • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment., • Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude., • Ability to multitask and stay organized., • Monday - Friday schedule no nights or weekends, • Opportunities for career growth and development., • Training and support to help you succeed., • A fun, collaborative work environment.
