Qualifications Assistant Tech - • Minimum 1 year experience in Technical design - Internship experience is acceptable, • Associate Tech - Minimum 2-3 years experience in Technical design, • Experience with Technical Design and a strong understanding of Garment Construction, • Proficiency in Fitting processes and Pattern Making, • Knowledge of Architecture principles as they apply to apparel design, • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities, • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred, • Proficient Microsoft Excel skill is required, • General Computer skill set is required, • Some level of Adobe Illustrator skill set is required
