People • Fosters a guest-focused team environment through driving volume and anticipating guest needs, • Achieves excellent guest service by role-modeling company service standards, • Proactively provides timely feedback to associates, rewards and recognizes performance to drive retention, • Holds self and associates accountable for achievement of financial results and performance standards, • Manages conflict and coaches by applying company’s recommended processes, standards and guidelines, • Empowers and involves associates in decision-making processes, • Receives feedback and fosters dialog around solutions, • Develops associates through an individualized approach by matching talent with tasks, delegating, and challenging on results, • Fosters team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions, • Leads by managing through change and adversity, • Makes recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations of team members based on performance Process • Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual goals and contributes to the store’s overall goals., • Engages our guests and make their shopping experience exceptional!, • Co-Leads floor sets/refresh management, • Makes recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations of team members based on performance, • Manages and oversee scheduling, • Manages back of house organization, • Manages shipment and product prep process (steaming, hanging etc.), • Plans and manages merchandise markdown process, • Manages supply orders, maintenance & cleaning, • Manages Inventory/Damages, • Audits and manage banking & loss prevention systems, • Trains new associates on operational processes, • Co-manages payroll and responsible for store’s financial performance, • Responsible for decisions regarding store operations and planning, • Controls workflow through successful planning and delegation, • Executes task directives within designated time frames, • Completes opening/closing procedures, • Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents to ensure shortage control in order to protect Company assets, • Communicates effectively with executive team., • Must be able to lift & carry heavy boxes (up to 30 lbs) Presentation • Utilizes and manages the use of weekly reporting to track, analyze and communicate business results and determine strategies to maximize sales, • Interprets Home Office communication through Store Leader / District Leader partnership, • Partners with the Visual District Leader and Visual Assistant Store Leader to oversee and manage the roll-out of floorsets, window sets, fixture placement and overall visual environment., • Maintains an awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment and communicate with team, • Communicates performance observations and offers feedback to the District Leader Qualifications • 1 year Retail Management, • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, • Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance. Responsibilities: • Install, service, troubleshoot, test, and maintain low-voltage systems, • Work with CCTV and IP camera systems, • Install and service access control systems, • Install and troubleshoot burglar alarm systems, • Work with fire alarm systems, • Perform structured cabling and networking installations, • Program and configure security equipment, • Read scopes of work, drawings, and project requirements, • Troubleshoot system and installation issues independently, • Lead technicians and coordinate work on job sites, • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and office staff, • Complete commercial installations from start to finish, • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years of low-voltage experience, • 10+ years of experience preferred, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Experience programming and configuring low-voltage/security systems, • Must be comfortable leading projects and directing other technicians, • Valid driver's license required, • Must be dependable and able to travel to job sites, • Ability to work occasional evenings, nights, or after-hours projects when required, • OSHA 30, NICET, FDNY, manufacturer certifications, and other industry certifications are a plus, but are not required
