This role is onsite 5 days a week in Clifton, NJ Refrigeration (Ammonia) System operators. Responsibilities: • Maintain the Ammonia refrigeration and other freon based cooling systems including, but not limited to operation, maintenance, and repairs., • Maintain and operate single, two stage, cascade ammonia systems and subsystems, • Monitor and identify abnormal operating pressures, temperatures, and conditions within the refrigeration system, adjust, repairs and/or schedule service as required, • Thoroughly understanding and able to handle refrigeration system components, including vacuum pumps, chillers, evaporators, condensers, compressors, controls, and valves etc., • Perform and delegate to daily, weekly, monthly, annually inspections, and preventative maintenance on the refrigeration equipment and other cooler machinery on and off-site as needed, • Perform other maintenance duties such as plumbing, replacing valves, installing fixtures, detecting, and repairing leaks as needed, • Handle hazardous materials as directed and follow guidance of OSHA and EPA, • Monitor and record all system readings to document operation of the equipment and the system and provide reports and troubleshooting, • Respond to emergency breakdowns of the refrigeration systems, • Procure quotations and bids for the order of work scopes, repairs, parts, and construction projects as needed, • Ensure continuous training and competency of refrigeration updates and standards, • Train personnel for routine check and system following the SOP, • Thoroughly understand and can act upon based on EAP and technical guidance during emergency and system malfunction situations, • Handle unscheduled and emergency shut down of equipment, • Ensure all refrigeration equipment is functioning in a safe and optimal manner, • Ensures continuous operation of all the facility utility systems and supports preventative maintenance programs., • Assists in the record-keeping and training requirements for all components of the Ammonia refrigeration system in compliance with State and federal guidelines., • Must perform duties as assigned by the facility Manager. & Chief Engineer Qualifications Must posses a Blue SealToxic To Operating license issued by the state of New Jersey • Minimum of 5 or more year of Ammonia and freon based refrigeration experience, • At least 4 years of active experience with cooling processes, ammonia refrigeration, and other freon based facilities within a produce and food processing and storage facility is a plus, • Experience with screw and reciprocating compressors, recirculation pumps, HVAC units, air compressors, and associated control systems, • Work experience in ammonia system pump-downs and repairs, • Knowledge of chemical testing for cooling towers and ammonia system preferred, • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, • Ability to understand refrigeration blueprints, P&ID, and cut sheets, • Hazmat Responder Certification preferred, • Trained and experienced in lock-out, tag-out, and safe work practices, • Must be able to respond to emergencies if needed 24/7 including after hours and weekends., • Best-practice and professional knowledge of industrial maintenance and standards, • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment, • Must be detailed-oriented, cost-conscious, and deadline sensitive Physical requirements • Able to climb stairs and ladders and fall-protection trained, • Able to work at variable heights, • Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. in weight Environmental conditions • Roof height and outdoors; cold, wet, and cold storage temperatures Benefits • Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision. We're hiring a VP of Market Surveillance to run hands-on surveillance across a CFTC-regulated designated contract market (DCM) and to help define how we do that work at scale. You'll monitor trading activity, investigate suspicious behavior, and build cases. You'll also bring deep exchange-side and regulatory expertise into the room, shaping detection logic, surveillance strategy, and the product itself. This role covers both real-time trade monitoring and post-trade surveillance across regulated sports event contract prediction markets. This is a builder's role. You know how surveillance is supposed to work at a real exchange, and you have ideas about how to do it better. This is a VP-level position with room to grow into the function as it scales. What you'll do: • Run real-time monitoring and post-trade surveillance across regulated sports event contracts to identify market abuse, including wash trading, spoofing, manipulative order behavior, and insider trading patterns, • Own investigations end to end. Build the case, document findings, and escalate to Compliance, Legal, and regulators when appropriate, • Translate surveillance practice into product. Work with engineering and data science to define detection logic, tune alerts, cut false positives, and sharpen the tooling, • Build and refine the surveillance framework: alert thresholds, review procedures, escalation paths, and controls mapped to CFTC DCM Core Principles, • Partner across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to strengthen systems and workflows, • Help define team standards and structure as surveillance scales

What the day will look like: • Support broking clients and potential new broking relationships through the evaluation of security programs and facilitating Aon proprietary assessment report discussions;, • Conducting reviews of potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities;, • Evaluating and analyzing appropriate actions that can enable more effective risk management of cyber risk, and more effective cyber risk transfer solutions., • Collaborate with Aon's advisory resources to recommend strategies to reduce security risks across a cybersecurity program-- cloud services, on-premise infrastructure, servers, network devices, user endpoints, and employee awareness., • Understand existing client processes and controls and associated risks with respect to electronic and non-electronic information security., • Evaluate and advise clients regarding strategies to defend against threats such as ransomware, nation-state attacks, and insider threat when more sophisticated advisory solutions are not viable., • Assist with various practice client engagement pursuit initiatives, including the pre-sales scoping and development of client proposals for advisory, testing, and threat intelligence services., • Discuss IT network and security architectures as they relate to handling identities and access privileges, delegated administration models, workflow and access control models., • Formulate executive level recommendations related to Information Security strategy., • Improve broking team competence by answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. Skills and experience that will lead to success: • Required Experience: 5+ years of varied IT security experience to include risk management, security program governance, vulnerability management, incident response, and infrastructure support. Recent consulting experience with a mid-to-large consulting firm/practice would be a plus. Previous hands-on experience with at least 1 of the following: Identity & Access Management Enterprise or Cloud environment security Vulnerability Management Cyber-Incident Response Understanding and experience with cyber security insurance coverage against data breach liability; notification of customers; protection, restoration, and recovery of critical information, assessing third parties, repairing damaged systems, and ensuring business continuity, • Shown success in working in a team as well as independently and exhibit follow-through to understand root causes of issues., • Excellent IT project management and time management skills., • Capable of tracking and completing numerous parallel activities, work efficiently and independently with minimal direction., • Ability to work optimally in a multi-service area environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important., • Ability to communicate optimally, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders in pre-sales support and relationship management activities., • Willingness to travel., • Fluency in Spanish would be plus Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience. A master's degree or equivalent experience in information security, computer science, or a technology-related field preferred. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $140,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Illinois. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
