Job Description Dave's Hot Chicken - Tonawanda, NY Shift Leader - Starting at $19 an hour PLUS Tips Huge Growth Opportunity for Advancement to become a Manager, an Assistant General Manager, then a General Manager within our Organization. Pay: The Shift Leader starts at $19 an hour. They will be in training until they can run shifts by themselves (estimated time of 3 to 4 weeks).
