About Us We build and operate founder-led e-commerce brands, including a rapidly scaling trading card game, a bestselling fiction author, a line of children’s books, and more. As our businesses grow, the Founders need to stay focused on product, brand, and high-level strategy. That means we need someone who can take direction, move quickly, and turn ideas into polished, high-converting digital assets across email, web, content, and product merchandising. The Role The Builder Behind the Brand(s) We are looking for a highly execution-focused E-Commerce & Lifecycle Marketing Producer who is equally comfortable inside Shopify, Klaviyo, Photoshop, spreadsheets, and content tools + who also happens to be a very strong writer. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit around brainstorming abstract strategy all day. This is a role for someone who loves taking a rough idea, a few founder bullet points, and a clear objective and turning it into something live, polished, accurate, and effective. If a Founder says: • “We need a landing page for the new set with these four bullets,”, • “We need a 7-email flow to support the release,”, • “This Amazon listing needs to be rebuilt,”, • “Pull this data into a clean report so we can make a decision,” your job is to get it built, written, organized, launched, and tested. This role is ideal for someone who loves execution, enjoys digital production, writes strong copy, and takes pride in making things go live the right way. What Success Looks Like in This Role In this role, success means: • landing pages, product pages, and campaigns go live on time, optimized and without errors, • emails and flows are written well, built correctly, and tested before launch, • the brand voice stays sharp and consistent across channels, • launches feel organized instead of rushed, • reporting is clean enough for fast decision-making, • the Founders are no longer the bottleneck for implementation Core Priorities While this role touches multiple channels, the top priorities are: 1. Shopify and landing page execution, 2. Klaviyo flows and campaign execution, 3. Brand-voice copywriting, 4. Promotion and launch coordination, 5. Clean reporting and implementation support Secondary responsibilities include Amazon optimization, light content production, and coordinating external freelancers. What You’ll Actually Do 1. Copywriting & Brand Voice Execution You will take rough inputs from the Founders and turn them into clean, compelling, conversion-oriented copy across email, landing pages, product pages, sales pages, and launch materials. Examples: • email campaigns, • launch emails, • product descriptions, • landing page copy, • Amazon listing copy, • social captions You should be able to make things sound like us — clearly, consistently, and with energy. 2. Shopify & E-Commerce Execution You will build and maintain key digital storefront experiences across our brands. This includes: • building and formatting Shopify landing pages, • updating product pages, • organizing collections and merchandising, • optimizing site content for conversion, • ensuring mobile experience is clean and polished You do not need to be a full-stack developer, but you do need to be technically fluent, fast, and resourceful inside Shopify. 3. Klaviyo Email & SMS Execution We will define the strategy and campaign logic. You will help turn that into reality. This includes: • building and maintaining flows, • writing campaigns, • segmenting lists, • loading graphics, • setting delays and logic, • QA testing links, blocks, and personalization You should be highly comfortable working inside Klaviyo without hand-holding. 4. Amazon Merchandising & Listing Optimization You will support the creative and merchandising side of Amazon. This includes: • writing and optimizing product listings, • building A+ Content, • improving product detail pages You will not be responsible for complex Amazon support cases, back-end disputes, or account health firefighting. 5. Launch & Promotion Coordination You will help keep campaigns and launches organized. This includes: • executing promotional calendars, • preparing assets for launch, • coordinating deadlines, • making sure pages, emails, listings, and content are ready when needed This is a highly executional part of the role. 6. Ad Creative Development and Content Assembly / Production You will help turn raw assets into usable content. This may include: • taking product photos, raw iPhone clips, or art assets and editing them into usable short-form pieces, • writing captions, • formatting content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook This is not a full-time “creative director” role, but you should be comfortable making content. 7. Data Gathering & Reporting We need clean information to make fast decisions. You will help by: • exporting data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Amazon, and related tools, • cleaning and formatting spreadsheets, • building basic pivot tables / summaries You do not need to be a data scientist, but you do need to be comfortable with spreadsheets and disciplined in how you organize information. What You Won’t Do No Customer Service You will not be handling routine customer support tickets, returns, angry shipping emails, or general inbox management. No Full Brand Strategy Ownership You will not be expected to invent the company’s entire strategic roadmap on your own. The Founders will continue to lead high-level direction. We do, however, value smart recommendations and executional improvements. Who You Are A Strong Writer with Real Brand Voice Instinct This is non-negotiable. You know how to write subject lines that get opened, product copy that converts, and language that feels alive. You understand that words matter. You are a brand voice chameleon. You can write high-energy, FOMO-driven copy for a trading card drop at 9 AM, and seamlessly switch to warm, trustworthy copy for a children’s book launch at 2 PM. A High-Output Executor You like getting things built. You are comfortable moving from one digital platform to another and keeping a lot of moving parts organized. Platform Fluent You are highly competent inside: • Shopify, • Klaviyo, • Google Sheets / Excel Bonus if you are also comfortable in: • Amazon Seller Central, • Canva, • Photoshop, • CapCut, • Premiere, • Figma Digitally Creative You have a good eye. You don’t need to be a world-class designer, but you should know how to make pages, graphics, and content look polished and on-brand. Detail-Oriented A typo, broken link, wrong price, or bad launch setup can cost real money. You catch things before they go live. Comfortable with Founder-Led Execution You’re excited by the idea of working closely with founders who move quickly, think strategically, and want someone they can trust to actually get things done. Experience We are less interested in perfect résumés than in real execution ability, but strong candidates will typically have: • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital production, copywriting, or execution-heavy agency work, • real hands-on experience building inside Shopify and/or Klaviyo, • examples of pages, emails, listings, or content they personally built Agency operators, lifecycle marketers, digital producers, and fast-moving e-commerce generalists often do very well in this role. Tools You’ll Likely Use Most • Shopify, • Klaviyo, • Google Sheets / Excel, • Canva, • Amazon Seller Central, • CapCut / Premiere, • Photoshop / Figma How To Apply Please submit your résumé along with a link to a portfolio, Notion page, or Google Drive folder that includes: 1. Two examples of copywriting (ideally showcasing two distinctly different brand voices or audiences). Examples: email campaigns, product descriptions, launch emails, landing page copy, captions, 2. One example of a page you built or managed Examples: Shopify page, landing page, product page, Amazon listing, A+ Content, 3. One short-form content example you edited or produced Examples: TikTok, Reel, product clip, ad variation Important Note: For any portfolio pieces, please briefly specify exactly what your role was (e.g., 'I wrote the copy and built the Klaviyo flow, but a freelance designer made the graphics’). All applications can be submitted to Important Note on Our Hiring Process For a small number of top applicants, we will include a short paid 2-hour technical exercise as part of the interview process. We will provide a simple prompt, raw assets, and a few bullet points. You may be asked to: • write copy, • mock up an email, • format a simple report, • build or outline a landing page, • draft an Amazon product description We are not trying to create free work. We are simply looking for proof of writing ability, platform fluency, design judgment, and execution speed.
