About the Role We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our Back of House (BOH) Team. Positions Available: Line Cook, Prep Cook, Porter Key Responsibilities Line Cook: • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment., • Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu execution while maintaining consistency and presentation., • Ensure that food is prepared according to Norte’s recipes and standards., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations., • Assist with inventory and kitchen prep as needed. Prep Cook: • Prepare and assemble ingredients with accuracy and consistency., • Follow prep lists and recipes according to Norte’s standards., • Ensue proper storage of food items to maintain freshness and quality., • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep stations. Porter: • Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, walls, and appliances., • Promptly clean up spills to maintain a safe work environment., • Assist with receiving and organizing equipment and ingredient deliveries., • Maintain organization in food and supply storage areas. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced open-kitchen environment., • Mexican cuisine experience is a plus., • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment., • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively., • Knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations., • Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.     We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Back of House Team Member to help keep our kitchen and production operations running smoothly.
