Responsibilities 1. Partner Records & Onboarding Operations • Own partner master records and lifecycle management across CRM and related systems., • Design, maintain, and execute standardized partner onboarding workflows, including approvals, documentation, and system access., • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of partner master data across regions., • Act as the operational owner for partner-related process questions and escalations. 2. Partner Registration Platform & Systems Administration • Own administration of the partner registration platform, including partner intake, registration processing, approvals, and system configuration., • Act as system owner for partner registration workflows, required fields, validation rules, and access control., • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of partner-registered opportunity data at the system level., • Manage data integration and synchronization between the partner registration platform and CRM., • Maintain system documentation, user guidelines, and operational SOPs related to partner registration and CRM usage., • Partner with Sales Operations to align system structure, data models, and reporting logic. 3. Channel Pipeline Governance & Partner Review • Conduct required pipeline and opportunity reviews with Channel Managers and partners, based on defined governance standards., • Identify risks such as duplicate registrations, weak deal qualification, aging opportunities, or policy violations., • Establish and maintain review cadence, templates, and documentation for partner pipeline governance., • Escalate non-compliant or high-risk opportunities to Channel Leadership as needed. 4. Channel Strategy Execution & Enablement • Partner with the Head of Channel to support execution of approved channel strategies and priority initiatives., • Translate channel strategy and annual priorities into operational plans, workflows, timelines, and tracking mechanisms., • Support rollout of channel-related activities such as partner programs, regional initiatives, enablement campaigns, and governance motions., • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Legal as required., • Track execution progress, adoption, and operational impact of channel initiatives, and provide structured feedback to Channel Leadership. 5. Dashboards & Data Quality Management • Build, maintain, and continuously improve channel performance dashboards (pipeline, orders, partner performance, program tracking)., • Ensure data quality, hygiene, and reporting reliability across channel-related analytics and reporting outputs., • Identify data gaps or inconsistencies in reporting and drive corrective actions with relevant stakeholders., • Provide trusted, decision-ready insights to Channel Leadership and management. 6. QBR, Surveys & Operational Documentation • Develop and maintain standardized QBR templates, surveys, and operational documentation for channel teams., • Enable Channel Managers with structured, repeatable materials for partner reviews and feedback collection., • Ensure documentation reflects current processes, programs, and system requirements. 7. Enablement Infrastructure (Content Operations) • Own channel enablement infrastructure, including LMS, content libraries, access management, and usage analytics., • Track partners and engage Qualification required: • Hands-on experience owning partner systems, such as CRM and partner registration platforms., • Strong understanding of indirect / channel sales models, including partner onboarding, registration, and deal governance., • Proven experience conducting pipeline and opportunity reviews, including risk identification and escalation., • Demonstrated ability to design and enforce operational processes, workflows, and governance standards., • Strong analytical skills with experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting for leadership consumption., • Ability to operate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Sales Ops, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Legal teams., • Comfortable acting as a system owner and operational decision-maker, not just a process executor.
