Job DescriptionEstate Planning Paralegal Job Title: Estate Planning Paralegal Location: Uniondale, NY Experience: minimum 3+ years in Estate Planning Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 Base Salary depending on years of relevant experience. Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to assist our legal team in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and will play a vital role in the preparation of legal documents, client communication, and the management of estate-related matters. Key Responsibilities • Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney., • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their estate planning matters., • Conduct legal research related to estate law and regulations., • Organize and maintain client files and documentation in an efficient manner., • Assist with the administration of estates, including the preparation of necessary court documents and filings., • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution., • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning or related areas., • Strong understanding of estate planning concepts, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
