We’re looking for a motivated and customer focused Automotive Sales Representatives to join our team under the supervision of the sales manager. Reporting: Sales Representatives report directly to the Sales Manager. Responsibilities: ~Meet and greet, assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget. ~Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. ~Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services. ~Negotiate sales and close deals while maintaining a customer first approach. ~Follow up with leads, maintain CRM records, and respond promptly to inquiries. ~Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and automotive market trends. Qualifications: ~Previous sales experience is not required. ~Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ~Strong negotiation and closing abilities. ~Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment. ~Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. ~Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
