Job Description: ELLKAY is seeking a dynamic lead to build and execute on our Order Management function. This role will be a cornerstone of our evolving Quote-to-Cash process. The Order Management Lead will be responsible for centralizing, standardizing, and automating order processing across our business segments and systems (Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite/Zone Billing, Asana). This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends process design, data integrity, and system execution. You’ll work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Billing, Account Management, Legal, and Delivery to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Order Processing & Validation • Own end-to-end order processing from quote validation through billing handoff, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product configuration, and approvals., • Validate and process subscriptions, renewals, amendments, upsells, and cancellations in Salesforce CPQ., • Maintain accurate customer master data (billing/shipping info, tax IDs, account attributes)., • Partner with Sales, Billing, and Legal to resolve data discrepancies and ensure complete, compliant documentation., • Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quote-to-cash workflows., • Establish consistent handoffs between Sales, Delivery, and Billing teams., • Identify and eliminate redundant manual steps through automation and system alignment., • Serve as the operational owner of the Order Management workflow across Salesforce CPQ, Asana, and Zone Billing., • Maintain audit-ready records of order activity, amendments, and approvals., • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting alignment., • 5–8 years experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations roles within SaaS or technology organizations., • Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ, billing platforms (e.g., Zone Billing, NetSuite, Zuora), and workflow tools (Asana or similar)., • Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve order workflows across multiple business units., • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with contract data (pricing, term dates, billing frequency, etc.)., • Analytical and systems-oriented mindset — comfortable troubleshooting data and reconciling system outputs., • Excellent cross-functional communication skills with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
