This role is responsible for driving technician productivity, ensuring financial performance through effective parts and contract revenue management, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels. The manager must be data-driven, organized, and capable of holding the team accountable while building a strong, healthy work culture. This individual also plays a key role in technician hiring and development, handling customer escalations, and supporting relationships with high-end clients. POSITION SUMMARY The Foundation Counsel is a member of the Operations Team and is supervised by the Chief Financial Officer. The Foundation Counsel’s role is critical to ensuring that the Community Foundation remains in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and contract agreements.
