Job DescriptionOperations Support Location: Visalia, CA Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Job Type: Contract | Entry-Level Job Summary We are seeking an Operations Support professional to join a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an entry-level role that offers hands-on experience with supervision and mentorship. The Operations Support role is responsible for supporting the order process from initial placement through final customer payment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. This position follows established standards and procedures and requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is adaptable, process-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities while supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Utilize technology and standardized processes to identify issues and collaborate with team members to remove roadblocks, • Support order planning and execution while ensuring accuracy within operating systems, • Assist with order-related activities, including shipment tracking, exception management, inventory reconciliation, forecasting, replenishment, invoicing, and claim resolution, • Support exception orders by coordinating with internal teams, clients, transportation providers, distribution partners, and suppliers, • Maintain accurate item-level data, including pricing, pack sizes, and product descriptions, • Communicate with vendors to help ensure continuous product supply, • Assist in identifying and mitigating service failures, such as late deliveries, to minimize customer impact, • Provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external partners, • Communicate operational status updates to the team, • Support achievement of tactical and operational KPI targets, • Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives, • Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications Required: • High school diploma or GED, • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekendsPreferred:, • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, • Process-oriented with interest in continuous improvement, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • High attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Equal Opportunity Employer LHH Recruitment Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
