Job DescriptionDescription: We are seeking to fill the position for a machinist professional with tool and die experience. The position will involve working in a production remanufacturing facility in multiple levels as part of the production team, with strict deadlines, and will be capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. The essential duties include manufacturing and ensuring the quality of machined parts, tools and assemblies, and fixtures, and verifying that all material specifications are being accurately met. Job Responsibilities: • Manual milling, manual turning, OD grinding, surface grinding as well as secondary/finishing work, • Study specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, or descriptions and visualizes product to make recommendations for continuous improvement., • Must be able to fit and assemble parts to make and repair shafting, jigs, and fixtures, and hydraulic assemblies, applying knowledge of tool design and construction, shop mathematics, metal properties, lay out, machining and assembly procedures., • Machining of complex parts in small lots., • Follow all safety procedures while operating machine tools., • Ability to lift machined parts manually and position and hold them on surface plate or worktable using devices such as vises, V-blocks, and angle plates., • Report unusual problems or conditions to supervisor., • Observe company safety rules and regulations., • Basic mechanical skills needed., • Perform, as assigned, other similar or related duties., • Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation., • Ability to work occasional weekend shifts., • Ability to work overtime as required., • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example: safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes.Requirements: Requirements • 5+ years of production and/or small lot machining experience., • Proficiency in various machining operations., • Must have the ability to work from prints and sketches and understand dimensions and required tolerances., • Candidate must be familiar with a variety of materials, steels, bronze, aluminum, etc., • Strong experience reading and understanding measuring instruments; micrometer, caliper, inside micrometer.

CNC Machinist – Metal Stamping Manufacturing Position Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with hands-on experience in a metal stamping manufacturing environment to support the machining, setup, and optimization of tooling and components used in stamping production. This role plays a key part in maintaining precision, improving cycle times, and ensuring consistent quality across stamped metal components. The ideal candidate has experience working in or alongside stamping press operations, press tooling, progressive dies, or toolroom machining supporting stamping processes.
