Position Summary We are seeking a CNC Machinist who can independently set-up / operate CNC lathes (knowledge of CNC mills is also a plus) in a fast-paced, precision-driven and growing machine shop. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to hold tight tolerances, and make program edits at the machine as necessary. The ideal candidate is experienced in machining complex parts from materials like Inconel, Titanium, Stainless Steel, Monel 400/500 and Aluminum. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC lathes with minimal supervision., • Ability to inspect and verify dimensions using basic inspection tools, • Maintain close tolerances and surface finishes as specified on aerospace components, • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions, • Simple programming skills, make offsets as needed to optimize performance and achieve tight tolerances, • Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest improvements, • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols, • Communicate effectively with management and fellow coworkers, • 3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe and/or mill), • Experience with setup, tooling selection, and inspection techniques, • Understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T, • Ability to make CNC program edits at the machine, • Experience working with tight tolerances (±.0005") Pay: Hourly Expected hours: 40 per week (with the ability to work overtime) Work Location: In person Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 5:00 pm Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) 3% Salary Match once eligible., • Health insurance fully funded for individual by company, • Paid time off, • Sick Days Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) 3% Match, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Profit sharing Work Location: In person
