Job Description We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role, you'll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target markets, • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership, • Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the company's value proposition, • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutions, • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goals, • Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to management, • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, • Develop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed Services, • Self-starter, self-motivated and driven for success, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to build positive and professional relationships at all levels within organizations, • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, presentation and time management skills, • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, • Motivated, goal oriented and coachable with a passion for learning, • Ability to earn client trust, along with excellent relationship management skills, • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales, a related field or equivalent work experience, • Minimum of 5 years of IT sales or account management experience in a similar role, with an emphasis on managed services, • Prior experience working in a professional services or managed services provider environment, with a strong understanding of managed IT services Salary range: The base salary for this role is estimated between $105,000-$125,000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission earnings based on individual sales performance and on-target earnings (OTE) will vary based on performance. Final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, location and other relevant factors.
