Responsibilities: • Team Leadership and Development:, • Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders., • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth., • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual support among staff., • Customer Service Excellence:, • Set and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized attention., • Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved., • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary to enhance the dining experience., • Operational Management:, • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations, including seating assignments, reservation management, and waitlist coordination., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service, maintaining quality and presentation standards., • Manage inventory and supplies for front-of-house operations, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste., • Financial Performance:, • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability., • Implement cost-control measures to manage expenses and maximize operational efficiency without compromising service quality., • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses accurately., • Health and Safety Compliance:, • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff., • Conduct regular inspections of dining areas and facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns., • Train staff on proper safety protocols and emergency procedures.
