What You Will Do: Drive Revenue: Lead the charge in selling personal training packages and managing monthly recurring drafts. Lead the Team: Mentor, motivate, and manage our roster of Personal Trainers to ensure they hit performance goals and deliver exceptional service. Manage Operations: Oversee the daily success of the training department, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
