OVERVIEW The Case Manager for the Preferred Communities (PC) Program will provide support to refugees and immigrants and will work with clients to provide intensive case management. Intensive Case Management entails providing consistent culturally and linguistically appropriate assistance in the domains of basic needs, health, and community as needed for the goals of each client. The goal of the program is to empower clients to become self-sufficient while addressing critical challenges and barriers to their individual success. This position is funded through September 30, 2026. Continuation of employment is contingent on the availability of ongoing funding. Must be 20+ years old. Must provide reliable transportation to/from/at work.
