Our Support Team Includes: • Transaction Coordination: From contract to close, our TC team manages deadlines, paperwork, compliance, and communication., • Marketing Coordinator: Property marketing, social media, ad campaigns, assistance with event planning - done for you., • Listing Manager: Appointment setting, professional photography, MLS entry, client follow-ups., • Director of Operations: Database management, lead management, system optimization, and resource management. Compensation: $100,000 at plan Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume, • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs, • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood, • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline, • Use our top-tier systems, CRM, and marketing tools, • Collaborate with the team on strategy and growth, • Participate in coaching, training, and accountability sessionsQualifications:, • Must have a valid Real Estate License, • A successful and proven sales history is preferred, • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently, • Show good organizational and time management skills, • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written), • Tech savvyAbout Company The mission of the Scott Varley Real Estate Team is to provide exceptional customer service, lead the real estate market, and build a world-class team of agents.
