Job DescriptionSalary: $125,000 - $150,100 DOE About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced CPM Scheduler to join our growing Transportation & Infrastructure Division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the scheduling/estimating aspects of our transportation infrastructure projects, including at Newark Liberty International Airport. The Scheduler will be instrumental in developing, analyzing, and maintaining various project schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. This role could also be responsible for supporting the preparation of construction/engineering cost estimates on various sized projects as well as other project work at the direction of themcfa Project Controls Director. These schedules will include all phases from design to completion., • Contractor Schedule Review: Analyze and review contractor-provided schedules for feasibility, risk, conflicts, and delays. Provide feedback and recommendations for scheduling improvements., • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress against the schedule. Identify any deviations and suggest corrective actions to keep projects on track., • Collaboration with Project Teams: Coordinate with project team members, engineers, and contractors to ensure that schedules accurately reflect the scope of work and project timelines., • Schedule Integration: Integrate multiple project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule to provide a holistic view of all ongoing projects., • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed schedule reports, including critical path analysis, progress updates, and forecasts., • Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for ongoing engineering and construction projects at the direction of the Project Controls Director. Qualifications: Required: • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software is required., • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in transportation infrastructure or airport projects., • Knowledge of cost estimating best practices., • Knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and project management principles., • Experience working on highways, bridge, and transit projects., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities., • Ability to manage multiple project assignments., • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams., • Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field, • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, • AACE International or PMI certifications (i.e. PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, etc.) What's in it for you: Annual Paid Time Off: • Sick Leave: 5 Days (40 Hours), • Vacation: 15 Days (120 Hours), • Following your first full quarter worked, you will qualify for a profit-share bonus that is distributed at the end of each quarter if company targets are hit., • Incoming Growth Units: 10, • Eligible to participate inmcfas family medical, dental and vision coverage; plan access begins on the first day of employment., • mcfacontributes up to 75% shared cost, not to exceed $700 per month., • Companypaid life insurance plan (up to $100,000 per employee)., • You are eligible to participate in Company retirement plan (401k) on first day of employment withmcfa. Job Description POSITION TITLE: Concierge REPORTS TO: Call Center Manager DEPARTMENT: Marketing/Business Development FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt Position Summary Serves as liaison between doctor’s offices, the hospital and patients. Job Duties • Schedules appointments for various hospital departments and physician office visits., • The scheduler receives routine functional guidance from the supervisor/manager of Patient Access concerning resources to make appropriate patient referrals., • Manual dexterity is required as is the ability to concentrate on detail in the midst of other activity., • The scheduler will follow very specific protocols in scheduling and the collection of financial information., • The scheduler assures that all patients have all information they need so that they will arrive on time and prepared for their procedures and the hospital has all the information required to properly bill or services., • Receives requests to schedule patients from referrals and schedules patients accordingly., • Maintains open communication with other departments regarding scheduling changes., • Properly verifies and obtain prior-authorization when needed., • Follows up on any requests and/or messages left on work phone immediately., • Coordinates transportation needs for patients appointments., • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills • Must have type speed of at least 45 WPM and basic experience with main frame computers, calculators, copiers, FAX machines, and multi-line phone systems required, • Knowledge of medical terminology, • Must be able to follow detailed instructions, • Must have excellent customer service skills, • Ability to work with speed and accuracy while multi-tasking is required Education, Experience and Certification/Licensure Requirements • High school Diploma required. College Degree preferred., • 2 or more years’ experience in hospital registration/patient access or doctor’s office is desired., • Minimum of 2 years scheduling experience.
