Job Description Job Summary As a Class A CDL Driver, Non-Crane Certified with National Trench Safety, you will be required to deliver and pick up trench-related shoring to and from customer job sites safely, timely, and efficiently. This position will adhere to all safety policies and procedures directed by DOT, FMCSR, and National Trench Safety. This position is a safety sensitive role that requires compliance with the company's drug and alcohol policy and adherence to all safety regulations and procedures. Key Responsibilities • Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and professional manner., • Comply with all DOT regulations as related to the safe operation of your vehicle, including:, • Vehicle inspections at the beginning and end of each shift. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED, • Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program and a state approved trained medication assistant program, • Good standing on the Georgia Certified Medication Aide Registry and have no record of being terminated for cause relating to the performance of medication aide tasks (Rule 111-8-63-.20 5a), • Current certification in medication administration. Participates in an annual CMA skills competency check which meets the requirements contained in the standardized clinical skills competency checklist used to certify medication aides. 5c. Successful demonstration of CMA skills during quarterly observations conducted by a licensed registered professional nurse or a pharmacist 5d. Follow state CMA protocols in order for the community to maintain compliance and successful completion of quarterly drug regimen reviews conducted by a licensed pharmacist 5f. For more information, visit Work Location address: Department: Clinical Lab Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm) What We Offer Our Team Members: • Generous Paid time-off (PTO) and paid holidays, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Health benefits eligible the first day of the month following your start date., • 401(k) Plan with Company Match (first of the month following 2 months of service), • Basic & Supplement Life Insurance, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), • Short-Term Disability, • Flexible spending including Dependent Care and Commuter benefits., • Health Savings Account, • CCRM Paid Family Medical Leave (eligible after 1 year), • Supplemental Options (Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident), • Professional Development, Job Training, and Cross Training Opportunities, • Provide andrology service, including semen analysis, IUI preparation, and cryopreservation to clinical laboratory patients IAW established procedures and protocols., • Provide endocrinology services using the Cobas 411 analyzer and the associated LIS, including sample labeling, data review, and associated computer use., • Process samples according to Lab protocols for testing, transportation, storage, requisition forms, and transmission of electronic data., • Generate billing, charges, and payment information for laboratory services, as required., • Perform billing audits for lab., • Maintain clean/sanitary work environment and follow bloodborne pathogen handling/disposal procedures per OSHA regulations., • Participate in Quality Assurance activities, per laboratory management and quality team., • Maintain HIPAA and Confidentiality for all patient and clinic information, HIV confidentiality, and ensure to protect computer access., • Medical Lab Technician Certificate/ Diploma preferred., • Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Sciences in e human biology, chemistry, or medical lab science., • 1+ years’ experience in human specimen processing, lab administration, and patient care required., • Andrology (sperm count, motility, and morphology), and/or endocrinology with the Roche analyzer experience preferred., • Experience with laboratory software preferred. CCRM’s Compensation: The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
