Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary The Staff Physician works with the Center Leadership Team at assigned Center, and under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer directs the Center's medical policies and programs ensuring the delivery of affordable, efficient, responsible, and accountable occupational healthcare of the highest quality to business, industry and patients in accordance with Agile’s policies, practices and procedures. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: Starting compensation range is $250,000.00-$300,000.00 annually. This position also offers a $15,000 signing bonus. CONTEXT OF THE POSITION Accountable to Spring Valley & East Communities Campus (SVECC) Program Managers to provide comprehensive trauma-informed services as part of the Alternative to Detention (ATD) Program. The goal of the ATD program is to provide a continuum of detention alternatives to low-risk juvenile offenders' youth ages 11-18 in the East County Region. This includes youth who have committed an offense and/or are currently on Juvenile Probation who would not typically need to be detained in Juvenile Hall, however, cannot stay in their home due to other reasons, such as safety. It also includes youth who could possibly go to Juvenile Hall because of committing an offense. The ATD Program provides services in the home, on school campuses, and in the community. The Case Manager is responsible for screening possible intakes, providing intake assessments, crisis management, creating a service plan in partnership with the youth and their parent/legal} guardian, facilitating appropriate referrals, as well as community outreach. In addition, responsible for providing prevention and intervention facilitated groups on a variety of topics, including alcohol and other drug use, teen pregnancy prevention, self-esteem, positive choices, family support, ILS, delinquency presentation, gender-specific group, and anger management.
