About the Role The Provider Partnership Manager is dedicated to developing and cultivating relationships through face-to-face interaction with Physicians, Practice Managers, and medical office staff. In this role, you will build relationships with Primary Care and Specialty Care Practices in their respective territory to educate current partner practices on SonderMind's programs and services, provide ongoing training on engagement processes, deliver regular updates to the practices, and develop relationships with new practices. The Provider Partnership Manager must be a self-starter with high energy who will be responsible for working daily with practices to identify and resolve barriers to engaging clients into SonderMind care. This role is located in the Greater Atlanta area and will require regular weekly travel to multiple on-site locations. What we are looking for in a Group Therapist: Southern Live Oak Wellness, LLC is seeking a licensed professional for a group therapist position. Acceptable licensure includes: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Counselor (APC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMCW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The group therapist will have an opportunity to treat clients in a group setting. Responsibilities of a Group Therapist: • Utilize group counseling and psychotherapy to evaluate and treat emotional and mental barriers to health, • Assess need and make decisions regarding the delivery of the appropriate individual, group, and family counseling., • Analyze situations and take necessary actions to provide crisis intervention., • Interpreting and implementing procedures appropriately regarding crisis intervention., • Assess and monitor client behavior, • Report to Clinical Director any unusual incidents that should be brought to the attention of the program director, • Embrace and embody the mission, vision, and goals of Southern Live Oak Wellness, LLC., • Licensed eligible or licensed clinicians’ certification: LPC, LAPC, LMSW, LCSW, • Master's degree in a counseling or counseling related field, • 2 years of experience in substance abuse and/or mental health treatment, • At least one year of experience with providing group therapy, • Ability to lead group sessions and conduct individual and Family Therapy sessions., • CPI and CPR/FA training highly desired, • Group therapy experience, • PTO, • Paid holidays, • Healthcare, • Dental, • Vision, • Life/short-term/disability insurance, • Opportunity for professional advancement and growth u8uLNAUtWB
