Job Description Store Manager – Creative Wigs & Hair Replacement Location: St. George, UT Job Type: Full-time About Us Creative Wigs & Hair Replacement helps clients look and feel their best through wigs, toppers, hairpieces, and related services. We’re a salon-based retail environment focused on exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a positive team culture. We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our salons. This role combines business strategy, team leadership, and hands-on inventory management. Responsibilities Store Operations & Business Strategy • Oversee daily operations of the salon (store)., • Ensure a meaningful, professional experience for every customer., • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant salon environment., • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns., • Protect and promote the store’s reputation in the community., • Develop strategies to increase customer traffic and optimize profitability., • Train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to staff to help meet sales goals., • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and salon regulations., • Recommend changes to improve the business (services, hours, etc.) and communicate with the General Manager before major changes., • Follow proper processes for petty cash and basic store-level reporting (e.g., sales and P&L snapshots)., • Share feedback on purchasing trends, customer needs, and local market conditions., • Propose ideas for local marketing and in-store promotions., • Maintain your own professional development through ongoing learning., • Lead by example with high performance, professionalism, and a positive attitude., • Recruit, hire, and help retain store staff., • Create and manage employee schedules., • Lead orientation and training for new employees., • Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to new and experienced team members., • Coach and counsel staff and participate in corrective action when needed., • Monitor and appraise job performance for your team., • Facilitate ongoing trainings and cross-training to maintain productivity., • Address and resolve employee concerns or conflicts in a timely, professional manner., • Conduct performance reviews (e.g., 90-day, quarterly, annual) and support staff development., • Promote Creative Wigs services and products through effective in-store presentation and staff education., • Organize and maintain in-store promotional displays., • Perform periodic inventory counts and track costs., • Order product and merchandise by anticipating needs before items run out., • Receive, organize, and rotate inventory for both storage and sales floor. Required Skills & Abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines., • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Proven retail and sales skills., • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach employees., • Ability to foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture., • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate., • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment., • Comfortable using POS, inventory systems, and common communication tools (email, text, social media, job platforms, etc.)., • Knowledge of recruiting and hiring practices., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • College or technical degree preferred., • At least 2 years of related experience., • Retail management experience preferred., • Ability to stand for long periods., • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed., • Frequent use of hands and exposure to water, cleaning agents, and salon chemicals (protective measures recommended)., • Follow sanitation and infection-control practices to prevent the spread of communicable diseases., • Work safely with sharp and hot tools (scissors, razors, clippers, dryers, hot water, etc.) and avoid hazards such as spills, burns, and abrasions.Company DescriptionBBSI helps businesses grow by supporting the people who run them.
