Work with the Payroll Department to resolve problems timely. * Partner with the Labor Compliance department to ensure that labor requirements are met on all projects. * Provide leadership and training to the field teams in the execution of the work, ensuring the highest quality of craftmanship is achieved to avoid re-work, and encouraging the implementation of new field methods and procedures. • Help train & monitor the General Foreman and Foreman on the timely creation (minimum of 2-weeks prior to mobilization) of the Field Labor Tracker (FLT) spreadsheet. Coordinate with the client, GC & subcontractors to ensure critical path activities occur in a timely manner and that the overall work is completed in accordance with the overall project scope and schedule. • Interface and coordinate with the client, GC, and/or subcontractors on items that impact our work (rough in conduit, power, low voltage, framing/blocking, etc.) to avoid field conflicts/problems and ensure proper installation occurs. COMPENSATION The approximate compensation range for this position $155,000 to $200,000 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
