Student success coach and mentor (entry level, paid, full-time) City Year AmeriCorps Member About City Year City Year, an AmeriCorps program, helps students across schools succeed. Teams of City Year AmeriCorps members provide support to students, classrooms and the whole school, helping to ensure that students in schools receive a high-quality education that prepares them with the skills and mindset to thrive and contribute to their community. What You’ll Do As a City Year AmeriCorps member, your service will focus on coaching and mentoring elementary, middle and/or high school students. Financial Acumen • Manage full clinic P&L, including top-line revenue, clinic operating cost, labor and non-labor expense management., • Optimize center profitability by acting on key financial drivers such as center growth, contract rates, billable hour utilization, and service completion., • Collaborate with corporate finance and operations teams to implement strategies that maximize clinic profitability. Operational Excellence • Contribute to Organizational Key Results, meet or exceed center-based KPIs and targets., • Lead high-quality execution of ABA services through proactive scheduling and resource optimization., • Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, and internal policies., • Monitor and drive service delivery performance, ensuring 100% treatment completion., • Use data dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to track, analyze and interpret data/KPI to make informed decisions. Talent Retention & Engagement • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams., • Create a high-performance culture by investing in professional development and celebrating success., • Lead effective onboarding and mentorship programs for new team members and EDiTs., • Conduct regular employee rounding, performance check-ins, and engagement surveys to foster a connected and motivated team.
