What we are looking for: Amsive is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This manager will sit within Amsive’s Customer Intelligence department; and will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, data-driven marketing initiatives supporting internal account teams and CI development teams. This role is focused on driving execution, alignment, and operational excellence across projects—from intake through implementation and ongoing support. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for project success within CI, ensuring that internal stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and deliverables support broader marketing and business objectives. This role requires strong project leadership, a deep understanding of marketing and campaign operations, and the ability to manage complex workflows across cross-functional teams. What you will be doing: Project Leadership & Delivery • Own full project lifecycle management, including intake, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery within the CI function., • Lead cross-functional collaboration across CI, account teams, analytics, and development to ensure alignment and successful outcomes., • Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with internal stakeholder expectations., • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and driving mitigation strategies., • Drive project governance, status reporting, and communication across internal stakeholders. Project Management & Coordination, • Manage timelines, dependencies, and handoffs across, analytics, technical, and account teams., • Track multiple concurrent projects and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery., • Serve as a central point of coordination to maintain alignment and momentum across stakeholders., • Oversee intake, prioritization, and workflow management of incoming requests from account teams., • Ensure consistent use of project management tools and best practices. Quality Control & Execution Oversight, • Ensure all deliverables are clearly defined, actionable, and ready for execution prior to handoff, • Oversee QA and validation processes across audience builds, model outputs, and deliverables., • Ensure outputs are complete, accurate, and aligned to intended outcomes., • Validate key elements such as segmentation execution, suppressions, data flows, and output structure. Internal Stakeholder Management, • Serve as the primary point of contact within CI for our client facing account teams., • Lead regular project check-ins and status meetings with internal stakeholders., • Coordinate expectations, timelines, and communications between client-facing account teams and internal data teams (analytics and development), ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time delivery., • Build strong internal relationships to enable smooth collaboration and delivery. Marketing & Campaign Alignment, • Partner with account teams to understand campaign objectives, audience strategies, and execution requirements., • Ensure deliverables support key marketing functions such as segmentation, targeting, personalization, and reporting., • Apply a client-minded perspective to internal work, ensuring outputs align to both requirements and intended outcomes. Process Improvement, • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies in workflows and drive process improvements., • Develop and maintain documentation for project processes, QA standards, and best practices. Who you are: • 7–10+ years of experience in project management within a marketing, advertising, or data-driven campaign environment., • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders., • Strong experience supporting marketing campaign execution, audience segmentation, or customer data initiatives., • Experience working across industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, and Retail., • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, • Strong understanding of marketing ecosystems, including campaign execution, audience segmentation, and data-driven decision-making., • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment., • Collaborative mindset with a focus on accountability, ownership, and execution., • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from intake to completion., • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects., • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in internal-facing environments., • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy., • Ability to identify process gaps and drive operational improvements., • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)., • Preferred experience with marketing analytics, CRM/CDP platforms, or campaign operations, • Preferred experience with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with technical teams Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
