Job Description We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable Infant Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate is nurturing, professional, and passionate about supporting the growth and development of our youngest learners in a warm, loving environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Responsibilities include: * Providing attentive, compassionate care to infants ages 6 weeks–18 months * Supporting routines such as feeding, diapering, napping, and soothing * Creating a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment * Engaging infants in age-appropriate developmental activities * Documenting meals, naps, and daily updates for parents * Following health, safety, and licensing regulations * Working collaboratively with coworkers and management Qualifications: * Experience working with infants (childcare center or nanny experience preferred) * Warm, patient, and nurturing personality * Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment * Reliable, professional, and a strong team player * CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Preferred but not required: * CDA or Early Childhood coursework * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why join our team? * Supportive, family-focused work environment * Opportunities for training and professional growth * Meaningful work making a difference in children’s lives
