Job Description Part-Time | $23–$26.50/hr | (Anaheim, Orange, Buena Park, Tustin, La Habra, Fullerton) Do you love working with kids — babysitting, helping at school, or volunteering with little ones? At Autism Learning Partners and Children’s Learning Connection, we work with children with autism to help them grow, learn, and thrive through play-based teaching. We provide full, paid training — no prior experience in ABA needed! What You’ll Do • Help Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities., • Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day., • Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions., • Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too)., • Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope. Schedule & Pay • $23–$26.50/hr + extra pay for evenings/weekends and bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Vietnamese), • Hours: 4–5 weekdays Monday - Friday 3:30–8pm (Saturdays optional), • Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs, • Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn, • Training will be compensated at the same hourly rate as the clinical role.
