Job Description JOB-19302 Paralegal and Legal Assistant - 2025-43 1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of: a. Proof of eligibility to work in NYS. b. A Bachelor’s Degree. c. A Paralegal Certificate. d. Two years of experience providing complex clerical level legal support services to an attorney. e. Two years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. f. One year of full-time work experience with the same employer. 2. Job Description and Required Services: Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Review and respond to correspondence from regulated entities regarding compliance with the Department of Financial Services’ Cybersecurity Regulation, answer phone calls and voicemails regarding same, and address related matters, as instructed., • Other duties as assigned. Candidates should possess the following skills: • Knowledge of basic legal processes; legal terminology and legal forms; legal research techniques, ability to read, understand and interpret laws, legal documents and other written material Preferred Experience: • Cybersecurity or data privacy experience Our extensive consultant placements cover a variety of roles, from Technical Architects and Specialists to Developers, Project Managers, Analysts, Executive Secretaries, Nurses, Dietitians, Paralegals, Computer Operators, Food Preparation Workers, and many other occupations.
