Provides administrative support to one or more City departments. Answers phone calls, schedules appointments, assist with benefits applications, and prepares reports. Maintains office administrative records, forms, and files. Processes service work orders thru City Works System. Essential Functions/ Job Competencies/ Physical Requirements ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. • Oversees administrative processes, accounts receivable's/payable, leases, grant management, invoices, requisitions, work orders, etc.; maintains and distributes supplies and inventory., • Gathers data, complies reports, and disseminates information; maintains record and documentation., • Processes payroll for department and employees., • Manages work orders, runs reports, verifies completion, and communicates status to management., • Will be required to drive a City vehicle for City business use., • Performs related work as required.
