The Cultivation Manager performs manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including, but not limited to: watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and grow room maintenance. This position will oversee leads in the Cultivation department and be responsible for 4-6 direct reports, along with reporting and day to day decision making to support the business.
