Job Title: Director of Emergency Services Location: Modesto, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday (Director-level role with 24/7 departmental accountability) Salary Range: $150,000 – $240,000 (DOE) Relocation: Available based on candidate location and distance Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Director of Emergency Services to provide executive nursing leadership within a hospital setting in Modesto, California. This role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing services within assigned departments. Position Summary The Director of Patient Care Services is a Registered Nurse responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing care provided by designated clinical teams. This leader maintains 24/7 accountability for departmental operations, staff performance, fiscal management, and quality outcomes. The Director fosters a collaborative, professional environment for physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams while driving performance improvement and patient-centered care initiatives.
