Overview: Provide administrative and clerical support to the office, ensuring smooth daily operations through organization, communication, and customer service. This role is on-site, 3–4 weekdays per week, totaling approximately 24–32 hours. Ideal candidate has weekly working availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday's. Typical office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls courteously and promptly, • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a friendly, professional atmosphere, • Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier items, • Maintain office supplies and general office organization (lobby, supply room, conference room), • Provide clerical support including copying, scanning, and document preparation, • File paperwork and create new labels and folders as needed, • Proofread and edit correspondence for accuracy and professionalism, • Schedule meetings and take meeting notes, • Run miscellaneous errands and assist with office projects and tasks as directed Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct, • Punctuality and dependability, • Prior administrative or receptionist experience Pay, Benefits, and Perks • $20–$23 per hour, based on experience, • Consistent weekday schedule with part-time flexibility, • Supportive, team-oriented office environment, • On-site presence of friendly office dogs, • On-site private gym and large break room with games, snacks, and kitchen amenities, • Premium in office coffee (freshly ground daily), • Rooftop staff space (in development), • Company social events, wellness challenges, and team activities, • PTO, • Health insurance with minimal waiting period, 401(k), profit sharing, life insurance (full-time employees) Please check out our website for more company information and to view some of our projects: Thank you for your interest in working with Hayes Construction Services!
