Accounting & Finance Support • Support Client Services; process customer billing, generate invoices, and apply payments and account reconciliation., • Monitor accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding balances in a professional and timely manner., • Review and process accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies., • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies., • Support month-end closing tasks and financial reporting as requested., • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner., • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails., • Maintain general office filing systems (digital and physical) in an organized and efficient manner., • Order and manage office supplies and assist with facility service requests., • Support scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and client visits as needed., • Provide courteous and efficient support to clients during in-person visits or phone/email inquiries., • Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to ensure accurate billing tied to production runs., • Education: Associate’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered., • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of combined office administration and accounting support, preferably in manufacturing, food/beverage, or related industries., • Skills:, • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing procedures., • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Office environment within a beverage manufacturing facility., • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods., • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be required for office supplies or files.
