Job Description Position Summary The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for helping manage field operations on the project assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Assistant Superintendent directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers. Candidate must be driven, detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
